Atyaf Egypt Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items (such as food or flowers), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books or printed materials with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, software or other media that have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company (processing may take time).

  3. Next, contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at atiafegypt01@gmail.com and send your item to the return address below.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or it was shipped to the gift giver first, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
